1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between 999ct (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the services offered at 999ct.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you" or "your").

2Definitions

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 999ct, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated accounts and accounts created by software agents are not permitted.

• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All deposits, wagers and withdrawals must be made using funds that belong to you personally.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by 999ct or any other gaming operator — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

3.1 Pakistani Users — Legal Responsibility

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Platform makes no representation that its Services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all local laws applicable to them.

4Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by 999ct, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a username and a secure password. Additional information may be required during the KYC verification process.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 999ct will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or the help centre.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account. If the Platform identifies that a user holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds and withhold any winnings pending investigation.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

999ct applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be required to provide one or more of the following before a withdrawal request is processed or at any other time deemed necessary by the Platform:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot of a mobile wallet);
• Any additional documentation requested at the Platform's reasonable discretion.

The name on your 999ct account must match the name on your submitted identity documents and the name on your payment account. Mismatches may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests.

5Terms of Use

By using the 999ct Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations that govern your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

5.1 Permitted Use

5.2 Technical Use

5.3 Fair Play

Any attempt to exploit errors, glitches, loopholes or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, payment systems or game mathematics will result in the voiding of affected bets or game results, forfeiture of winnings and permanent account closure.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted via the payment methods currently supported by the operator at the time of the transaction. Available methods are subject to change without notice and depend on the User's location, account status and operator configuration. 7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7.3 Promotional Changes

999ct reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, unless there is evidence of terms abuse.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 999ct are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, game or market. General provisions applicable across all betting and gaming activity are set out below.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

999ct reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by users who have been identified as professional bettors, bets placed in error at incorrect odds, or bets placed where a technical error has affected the displayed odds or market.

8.2 Odds and Prices

Odds are expressed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. The Platform may also offer fractional or American format on certain markets. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance constitute the binding price for that wager.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered; market suspension or technical failure prevents fair settlement; or any other circumstance arises that renders fair settlement impossible or impractical in the Platform's reasonable judgment.

8.4 Sports Betting — Pakistani Context

Cricket betting — including Pakistan national team fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — is offered subject to market availability and event scheduling. The availability of specific cricket markets is not guaranteed for any particular match or tournament. Football, UFC and other sports markets are similarly offered on a best-efforts basis based on global scheduling and odds-data availability.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999ct Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or during the course of account use;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime;
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes or the unauthorised reversal of deposits;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using software, automated scripts or other tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any other IP-masking technology;
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that harms, harasses, threatens or intimidates other users or Platform staff.

10Responsible Gambling

Nothing in these Terms grants the User any right, licence or interest in the intellectual property of 999ct or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, licence or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 999ct.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999ct and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services;
• Any loss of funds arising from your wagering activity, including winnings that are voided in accordance with these Terms;
• Technical failures, outages, interruptions or errors in the Platform's systems that affect game outcomes or transaction processing;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999ct makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or reliability of the Platform or its Services.

13Amendments to These Terms

999ct reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users — for example, through a notice displayed on the Platform or via email communication to the registered address.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable.
